This will open the Case summary screen.
The first section of the case summary screen provides basic information about the appeal i.e. Appellant details, Agent details and Site address etc.

The second section of the case summary screen gives the details of the case officer handling the appeal and the procedure by which the case will be decided.

The appeal stages and dates section gives information on the appeal process. Where the stages are green this means the appeal has passed this stage of the timetable.
