Feedback & Complaints

This area gives you an opportunity to let the Planning Inspectorate know how you think we have dealt with your involvement in the process. We welcome suggestions and queries on all aspects of our work and if you have a complaint we would ask that you use the feedback form to tell us about it. We will look at complaints submitted before or after the decision has been issued. If you do not wish to use the feedback form please contact us. Either way we will take your complaints seriously and investigate the matter immediately.
