Description

This circular replaces the Department of the Environment Circular 2/92 (Welsh Office Circular 5/92).

The Town and Country Planning (Safeguarded Aerodromes, Technical Sites and Military Explosives Storage Areas) Direction 2002, which is reproduced at Annex 1 of this Circular and which comes into effect on 10 February 2003, applies to military explosives storage areas in addition to aerodromes and technical sites.

This circular and its annexes cover arrangements for safeguarding aerodrome, technical sites and explosive storage areas.
