This document updates the June 2008 version and offers guidance on how to implement Planning Policy Statement 25 (PPS25) – which sets out the policy approach for development and flood risk. This guidance draws on existing good practice, through case studies and examples, to show how regional planning bodies and local authorities can deliver policies in accordance with PPS25.
