Description

This document provides options for householders to pave their front garden with hardstanding without needing planning permission.

The leaflet clearly sets out what is and what's not allowed under permitted development rules, and explains the different approaches to constructing a driveway to control or reduce water runoff. The guidance also applies to other paved areas around the house, such as patios.
