This MPG gives advice on the considerations to be taken into account by applicants and minerals planning authorities in preparing and determining the conditions to which registered IDO permissions should be subject.
These permissions, granted after 21 July 1943 and before 1 July 1948, had to be submitted for registration to the mineral planning authority.
