They will reply to you, or they will ask a section within the Inspectorate to reply because they have specific specialist knowledge.

They will investigate your complaint and you can expect a full reply within three weeks. However, they can't reconsider an appeal if a decision has already been given on it. The only time they will do this is if the decision is successfully challenged in the High Court.
