Transformational Delivery team

Headed by Stuart Mockford, the Transformational Delivery team is responsible for working with Local Planning Authorities and Planning Agents to help drive forward the transformation of the planning system in England and Wales.

Over the last few years it has successfully focussed on driving national take-up of the Planning Portal’s electronic planning application form – 1-APP. The team’s current aim is to have 60% of all planning applications passing through the Portal by 2011, a goal it hopes to achieve through listening to and working alongside planning agents across England and Wales.
