General Information for Agents

The Planning Portal offers a wide range of interactive services and guidance on the planning system for Planning Agents, Consultants and Professional Users.

To make an Online Application you will need to set up an Account for you or your company, click on the Register button above to begin.

Once you have registered you can submit a planning application. Please click on 'Applications' in the left hand menu to start making an application.

To read government guidance, including the spatial plan, Circulars, TANs and Good Practice Guides for Wales, click on the 'Policy' link on the left.
